Terms of Service

Last updated — August 2026

These terms cover use of therenderverse.co.uk and any visualization work commissioned through it. Commissioned projects are additionally governed by the written proposal and quotation issued for that project, which takes precedence where the two differ.

01Using this site

You may browse, share and reference this site freely. You may not scrape, republish or resell its imagery, copy or code without written permission.

We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We try to keep project information accurate but do not warrant that everything shown is current.

02Commissioned work

Every project begins with a written proposal setting out scope, deliverables, revision rounds, timeline and fee. Work starts once that proposal is accepted in writing.

Timelines assume reference material — drawings, CAD files, material schedules — is supplied at kick-off. Delays in supplying them move the delivery date accordingly.

Revisions are handled in rounds as defined in the proposal. Changes that alter agreed scope are quoted separately before work proceeds. [REVIEW: confirm default revision count]

03Intellectual property

On final payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered visuals for marketing, sales and presentation of the specific project they depict.

We retain copyright in the source scenes, models and project files, and retain the right to show the delivered work in our portfolio and on our social channels unless a confidentiality agreement says otherwise.

Third-party assets used within a scene — models, textures, HDRIs — remain licensed to us and are not sublicensed to you. [REVIEW: confirm asset licensing position]

04Payment

Fees, currency, schedule and any deposit are set out in the proposal. Work is scheduled against confirmed bookings.

Deliverables are released on cleared payment unless agreed otherwise in writing. [REVIEW: late payment terms, applicable tax]

05Liability

Visualizations are interpretations produced from the information supplied. They are not construction documents and should not be relied on for engineering, compliance or as a guarantee of a finished building's appearance.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for it. [REVIEW: cap and governing law]

06Governing law

[REVIEW: state the governing jurisdiction. RenderVerse operates from Pakistan and serves Middle East, US and European clients, so this needs a deliberate choice rather than a default.]
