Privacy Policy

This site collects very little. There is no advertising network, no cross-site tracking and no third-party analytics profile built from your visit. This page sets out exactly what is collected and why.

01What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number, inquiry type, subject and message you enter. That is used solely to answer you and to scope any project you are asking about.

When you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly and you provide your details to them directly under their privacy policy.

We do not ask for, store or process payment card details through this website.

02Processors we use

Formspree receives and forwards contact form submissions. Calendly handles consultation bookings. Panoee hosts the 360° virtual tours embedded on the site. YouTube hosts the walkthrough animations. Each is an independent controller of the data you provide to it.

Our hosting provider records standard server access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability. [REVIEW: name the host and its log retention period]

03Storage on your device

The site stores a single item in your browser's local storage: your language preference (English or Arabic), so the site opens in the language you chose last.

That is the only item we write. It is not an identifier, it is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it. No advertising or analytics cookies are set.

04Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email info@therenderverse.co.uk and we will respond.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under GDPR or similar legislation, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority. [REVIEW: confirm which regimes apply and name the controller entity]

05Retention

Contact enquiries are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Project correspondence is retained for the life of the engagement and for accounting purposes thereafter. [REVIEW: state definite periods]
